If you are a consumer who has purchased a TAB-Funkenwerk product and you are having problems with the unit, need to send it back for a tune up or you want to let us know how much you love our product, please contact us at customerservice@tab-funkenwerk.com and we will get back to you to help you with your needs.

If you are looking to purchase microphone output transformers from AMI, you can either contact one of our dealers or buy them directly from us.  Please contact us at sales@tab-funkenwerk.com to find out how to purchase these transformers.  Please note, that we do not install microphone transformers for customers.

Retailers:

Repairs, Racking and Vintage Modifications:

Due to time contraints and health issues, Oliver Archut and AMI are no longer taking on repair or racking work.  We are refer all historic V and U series repair work to James Gangwer.  We also no longer sell new old stock parts directly to consumers, instead we will sell them to James and have him replace, set up and test these units.  We DO sell mic output transformers directly to consumers, however, we do not install them.  We refer folks to James for installation of mic transformers.  James has been repairing these units for over two decades and we are confident in his work.

Product Updates, Promotions and Special Offers:

Periodically, we will be sending out a newsletter highlighting new products, updates and upcoming shows that we will attend.  In addition, we will also have special mailing list only contests and special promotions on scratched or refurbished items.  We're also going to go through Oliver's Closet over the next year or two and clean out old vintage equipment and projects that he just doesn't have time for anymore.  The folks on our mailing list will have first chance at these specials.  If you are interested in being on our mailing list, please fill out the form below and submit.  We will not share your information with any third party companies.  Please note that this form is only to subscribe to our mailing list.  For inquiries, please look in the sections above to determine if you should contact customer service or sales for your particular concern.
